Sprouted Oatmeal

Raw Diet Recipe

Oatmeal is healthy on its own but add the ingredients in this Sprouted Oatmeal recipe and it is REALLY healthy.

Sprouted Oatmeal


2 cups raw sproutable oat groats
1 large apple
5 dates
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup date soak water
Pinch of cinnamon
Dash allspice
2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)

Recipe Directions

Soak oat groats for 10 hours.

Drain and rinse and then place jar mouth down at a 45 degree angle; rinse and drain daily for two days. Soak pitted dates for 1 hour.

Place soaked dates, sprouted oats, vanilla, cinnamon, maple, allspice, and chopped apple all in cuisinart and blend. Place in a bowl and add raisins stiring by hand.

Place in serving bowls, garnish with cinnamon and serve.
