Apples and kiwifruit in this delicious Raw Apple-Kiwi Pie. Lots of healthful fiber and fruit in this dessert.

Raw Apple-Kiwi Pie

Ingredients

Crust:
3 cups almonds
3/4 cup honey dates
1 teaspoon vanilla

Filling:
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup dates (chopped)
1/3 cup shredded apples
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping: Sliced kiwifruit

Recipe Directions

Mix crust ingredients in food processor.

Spread mixture out in circular pie pan and form the crust.

Mix together all of the filling ingredients and place into the crust.

Top with sliced kiwifruit.
