Fruit and greens salad is a combination of strawberries, orange, apples and fennel is perfect with assorted baby greens.

Fruit and Greens Salad


3/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch salt
4 cups mixed salad greens, such as mesclun
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 Golden Delicious apple or Bartlett pear, cored and chopped
1/2 teaspoon fresh diced fennel

Recipe Directions

In a large salad bowl, whisk together vinaigrette ingredients.

Add salad greens and toss. Arrange fruit and fennel on top of greens and serve.
