Strawberries and Cream
Low Carb Recipe
Strawberries With French Cream with ripe strawberries with heavy cream, sugar substitute and sour cream mixed together to top the strawberries with.
2 cups ripe strawberries
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 packets sugar substitute
1 tablespoon sour cream
Rinse berries and pat dry. If strawberries are large, slice them. Divide berries in 4 dessert plates.
With an electric mixer on medium, beat cream and sugar substitute until soft peaks form. Beat in sour cream. Spoon over berries.

Bonus: Quick Strawberry Ice Cream
This is wonderful, and tastes like strawberry soft-serve (has small icy chunks of strawberry). It is rather high in carbs, especially during induction though.
1/2 bag frozen strawberries (1 cup)
1/2 cup cream
4 packets sweetener
Put frozen strawberries in food processor and process until chopped superfine. Add cream and sweetener and process until mixed. May need to add a little more cream. Total: 25 carbs. 2 HUGE servings at 12 carbs each, or 3 smaller servings at 8 carbs each.
