Low Carb Recipe
For a refreshing Raspberry Delight, add to your whipped heavy cream 2 bricks of cream cheese, sweetener to taste and vanilla. When beaten nice and creamy, add Raspberry Crystal light.
1 pint heavy cream
2 8-ounce bricks cream cheese
Sweetener to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 container Crystal Light Raspberry Ice Drink Mix
Add all ingredients, except Crystal Light, together and whip until firm.
Add Crystal light and continue beating until mixed.
Serve as is or top with fresh raspberries, crushed and sweetened with preferred sweetener.
This recipe can be halved.
