Iced Whipped Cream uses heavey cream with a package of Jello sugar free jello, flavor of your choice so you can customize this to anything you use whipped cream on.

Iced Whipped Cream


2 cups heavy cream
1 package sugar free Jell-O, (3 ounces) any flavor

Recipe Directions

In a large mixing bowl, pour in cream.

Beat with electric mixer until cream begins to thicken. As you continue to whip, sprinkle dry gelatin mixture over cream to mix in.

Continue whipping until soft peaks form. Place in ice cube container or small bowl. Place in freezer for at least 1 hour.

Recipe Note

When frozen solid, many say this is also like eating ice cream if eaten just as is!
