Cool Cream Cookies
Low Carb Recipe
Three simple ingredients whip up these Cool Cream Cookies in a snap. Whipping cream, vanilla extract and sugar free chocolate instant Jello pudding. These are frozen cookies.
2 cups of whipping cream (NOT whipped yet)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package sugar free chocolate instant Jello pudding
Whip up the cream as you normally would with the 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
Gently fold in the pudding. Mix well.
Line cookie sheets with wax paper, and drop the mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls.
Freeze on the cookie sheets, then put in freezer bags, or tupperware.
Recipe makes about 50 Cookies.
