Low Carb Recipe
For this low carb Chocolate Mousse, use an Atkins Advantage Chocolate Low Carb Shake Mix or cappuccino Atkins shake mix with heavy cream and Stevia for sweetening. Whips together in a snap!
4 ounces heavy cream
1 chocolate or cappuccino low carb shake mix
Steviva to flavor (optional)
Sift shake mix, then whisk ingredients in a bowl until just thickened (be careful not to over-whisk).
Scoop into individual serving dishes.
Chill for 30 minutes.
