Low Carb Recipe
Venison Fillets marinated in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire and garlic powder. Cook on your grill or in a broiler, if preferred.
1-1/2 pounds venison tenderloin steaks
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a container with a tight-fitting lid.Mix thoroughly and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
Prepare grill or turn on broiler. Grill or broil fillets 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare done meat.
