Spicy Meat Rolls

Low Carb Recipe

Three ground meats in Spicy Meat Rolls: veal, beef and pork with ingredients including onion, Italian parsley, Hungarian paprika, and salt and pepper.

Spicy Meat Rolls

1/2 pound ground veal
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
2 tablespoons club soda
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely-chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste

Recipe Directions

Combine veal, beef, pork, club soda, onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. With moistened hands, take 2 heaping tablespoons of mixture and shape it into a roll. Continue making rolls until all the mixture is used. (You will have 10 to 15 rolls.)

Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat until it is very hot. Cook rolls in batches, 12 to 15 minutes, turning frequently until evenly browned and cooked through. Sprinkle with salt before serving.
