Oriental Shrimp

Low Carb Recipe

Oriental Shrimp with salsa, sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, peanut butter, ginger, sliced mushrooms and snow peas.

Oriental Shrimp


12 ounces shrimp
1/2 teaspoon guar gum
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup Da Vinci Sugar Free Cinnamon Syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup snow peas

Recipe Directions

Cook snow peas in microwave.

Mix all ingredients except shrimp and mushrooms in a bowl. Saute shrimp in a little oil in pan and add mushrooms. When shrimp is just about done, stir in sauce and stir to heat.
