French Tuna Salad
Low Carb Recipe
This French tuna salad makes a pretty presentation with it's green beans, celery, green onions, white tuna, boiled eggs all nestled on a bed of Romaine lettuce and drizzled with Italian dressing.
Romaine lettuce leaf
10 ounces frozen French style green beans, thawed and drained
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup fat free Italian dressing
1 pound white tuna in water, drained
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Line individual salad plates with romaine lettuce leaves. Combine all remaining ingredients, except the eggs, and place on the lettuce leaves.
If desired, garnish with egg slices to serve.
Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 6 only.
