Low Carb Recipe

This recipe makes a delicious Swiss and Crab Pie packed with creamy Swiss cheese and crab meat along with eggs, heavy cream and seasonings.

Crab Pie


1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
8 ounces crab meat
3 beaten eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dry mustard to taste

Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sprinkle cheese in large quiche or pie pan, lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top with crab.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
