Crab Jambalaya with crab meat and bacon, onion, celery, green pepper, tomatoes seasoned with Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Bonus Crab Broccoli Casserole recipe included.

Crab Jambalaya


3/4 pound crab
1/2 cup bacon
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup canned tomatoes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Recipe Directions

Fry bacon until brown. Add veggies and cook until tender. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors. Add crab and heat. Can serve over Faux Rice.
