Low Calorie Recipe
A refreshing Pineapple Milkshake! Combine pineapple, ice cream, milk, and cinnamon. Process until smooth and creamy.
20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups fat-free vanilla ice cream
1 cup skim milk
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
In a food processor, combine pineapple, ice cream, milk, and cinnamon. Process until smooth.
Pineapple Milkshake Recipe Notes
- You could substitute low or non-fat frozen vanilla yogurt for the ice cream, if desired. This will actually give you some healthy, active cultures (probiotics) that can aid digestion!
- You can use canned pineapple if necessary or desired. Find canned pineapple that is canned it their own natural juices. Canned pinapple can be kept at lower temperatures for cold summer treats.
