For Mango Mania, simply combine milk and yogurt in a blender and add mango, lime juice and ground ginger.

Ingredients

1/4 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2-1/2 cups diced fresh mango
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon ground dried ginger
4 ice cubes

Recipe Directions

Combine fat free milk and yogurt in a blender. Add mango, lime juice and ground ginger. Blend for about 15 seconds, then add the ice cubes one at a time until the desired consistency is reached.

Recipe Note

This recipe can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to three weeks in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
