Grasshopper Ice Cream Pie
Low Calorie Recipe
Grasshopper ice cream pie tastes just like the popular after dinner drink! Includes the Green and White Creme De Menthe.
1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons 1 percent milk
7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
1/4 cup De Menthe
2 tablespoons Cocoa White Liqueur
8 ounces frozen fat free Cool Whip, thawed
3 cups vanilla low fat ice cream, softened
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Combine crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Stir with fork until moist. Press into a 9-inch spring form pan. Chill.
Combine the next 2 ingredients in a micro safe bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute, stirring once. Add the next 3 ingredients to the mixture and stir until combined. Spread ice cream into the pie crust pan, top with the marshmallow mixture. Freeze 6 hours. Drizzle with the chocolate syrup. Serve.
