Frosty Freeze Pie
Low Calorie Recipe
Frosty freeze pie uses a no bake graham crust filled with cream cheese, marshmallow, orange sherbet and Cool Whip.
2 cups low fat graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup fat free Promise Ultra margarine, melted
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
7 ounces marshmallow cream
2 cups orange sherbet, slightly softened
3 cups Cool Whip Free, thawed
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9-inch pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm.
To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, marshmallow cream, sherbet, and whipped topping in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Pour into crust. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer ten minutes before serving. This pie may be frozen for up to three months.

1/4 cup plain non fat yogurt
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon sugar substitute
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds. Recipe make 1 serving. Calories: 89.
The Original Sunshine Smoothie!
Antioxidant citrus and pineapple juices combined with bananas, rich in potassium and phosphorus, are a lovely way to welcome in the bright sunshine and warmer weather of spring.
2 ripe bananas, broken into several pieces
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed
1 cup lemon or orange low-fat yogurt or soy yogurt
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smoothly pureed. Or place in a container and process with an immersion blender. Serve at once in tall glasses. Serves 2 to 3.
