Witch Hat Cookies
Witch Hat Cookies are tasty chocolate cookies topped with chocolate piped out to look like a witch hat - adorable.
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup caster sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon orange food color
2 egg whites
1 cup chocolate, melted
Preheat oven at 355 degrees.
In blender add flour, cocoa powder, butter, milk, 1/2 cup sugar and blend well.
Spread dough on clean surface and roll out into 1/4 inch thick sheet.
Cut with a round cutter and place into greased baking tray, bake for 30 minutes.
Beat eggs white until fluffy, add caster and food color, beat well. Transfer to piping bag.
Add melted chocolate into piping bag.
Now top each cookie with icing then pipe out chocolate on it in the form of hat.
Place into refrigerator for 15 minutes.
