Ghostly Guzzles are sweet, light ghosts made with marshmallows, white chocolate, caster sugar and whipped cream.
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup marshmallows
1 cup white chocolate
1 cup caster sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 cup whipped cream
Few chocolate chips
In a saucepan add marshmallows, corn syrup, sugar, white chocolate, caster sugar and let melt well.
Now let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add in whipped cream and stir well.
Transfer to serving container and heap into ghost shapes. Insert chocolate chips as eyes.

Extra: Frozen Banana Ghosts
3 frozen bananas, halved
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoons caster sugar
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
In a bowl add lemon juice with caster sugar and dip each frozen banana in it. Place chocolate chips at the place of eyes and nose and lightly press them. Place onto serving platter. Serve and enjoy. Yield: 6 servings.
