Devil Horn Cupcakes
Devil Horn Cupcakes are tasty chocolate cupcakes decorated to look like a devil horn.
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup caster sugar
5 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon red food color
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
Black fondant, for decoration
Preheat oven at 355 degrees.
Sift flour, cocoa powder, 1/2 caster sugar, baking powder, baking soda and place aside.
Beat eggs until fluffy and add butter, beat for 1-2 minutes.
Add in flour mixture and milk, mix thoroughly.
Transfer mixture into greased cups and place into baking tray, bake for 30-35 minutes.
Now beat the cream until fluffy, add in sugar, red food color and beat again until the sugar is dissolved. Transfer into piping bag.
When the cup cakes are done and cooled, top cakes with cream mixture.
Shape the black fondant in the form of horn and insert in cakes.
