Zero Calorie Dressing uses water, white vinegar, salt, dry mustard, pepper, paprika and artificial sweetener to taste.

Zero Calorie Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Artificial sweetener to taste


Recipe Directions

Combine all ingredients thoroughly but carefully and refrigerate until well chilled.

Makes 1-cup of dressing.


Zero Salad Dressing

This dressing is made with tomato juice, lemon, minced onion, salt, oregano, dash pepper and dash garlic powder. One-half cup of tomato juice contains about 21 calories, but that's so minute, one serving can be considered calorie free.

1/2 cup tomato juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon oregano
Dash pepper
Dash garlic powder (optional)

Combine all ingredients in jar with tightly fitted top.

Refrigerate several hours. Shake well before using.

Recipe Note

This dressing may be kept for several weeks refrigerated in a closed container. Recipe makes 2 servings Zero Salad Dressing.
