Tangy Cherry Milkshake
A tangy cherry milkshake using cold skim milk with almond extract, vanilla pudding, Cool Whip, oats and lite cherry pie filling.
1-1/4 cup cold skim milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract, (optional), divided
1 4-serving size package Jello vanilla flavor fat-free sugar free instant pudding and filling
1 cup thawed Cool Whip lite whipped topping
1 tablespoon sliced oats
1 20-ounce can lite cherry pie filling
Fully freeze the cherries. Freeze the yogurt for an hour.
Thoroughly puree all ingredients in a blender or food-processor. Serve immediately.

Delicious Strawberry Shake
Milk, honey, vanilla and frozen strawberries whip into this healthful shake in a flash.
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup frozen strawberries
In a blender, combine milk, honey, vanilla and frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Extra: Strawberry Banana Fruit Smoothie
1 cup orange juice
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 frozen *banana
1 cup of frozen strawberries
Six packets of artificial sweetener
*Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in ziplock bag, seal and freeze at least 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Recipe makes 2 servings.
