Non fat yogurt and light or non fat mayonnaise lighten up this tasty Caesar Dressing. Worcestershire sauce adds just the right zing. Seasoned with salt and black pepper.
1/2 cup non fat yogurt
1/4 cup fat-free or low fat mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice (to taste)
3/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix well; chill.
