Make homemade Frozen Bananas! Sweet ripe bananas cut in half and inserted onto a wooden stick, then spread with vanilla yogurt and rolled in Grape Nuts cereal. Eaten frozen.

A treat like this gets Mother Nature working for you by leaps and bounds! Yogurt, healthful, nutrient-packed bananas, creamy yogurt and crunchy Grape Nuts - easy, healthy and most of all, quite delicious! Banana lovers will really appreciate this treat.

Frozen Bananas

Recipe Ingredients

3 medium ripe bananas
1 carton (4-ounces) fat free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup Grape Nuts cereal

Recipe Directions

Peel bananas and cut in half crosswise. Insert a wooden stick into the flat end of each banana half.

Using a small spatula, spread some of the yogurt onto the sides of each banana half and immediately roll in the Grape Nuts. Place on a waxed-paper lined baking sheet and freeze firm.

Once frozen, wrap each banana in plastic wrap and insert into a self-sealing plastic bag. Eat frozen.
