Timeless Fitness Tips
Why Be Fit?
Live longer. Statistics prove that taking care of your health, eating right and exercising fend off deadly diseases. You needn't be an athlete - anyone can achive helpful healthful fitness and nutrition goals for a vastly improved lifestyle, whether you're looking to lose a few pounds or suffer from obesity.
Feel better overall - poor nutrition and lack of exercise lead to feelings of fatigue and the "Blues".
"Exercise and application produce order in our affairs, health of body, cheerfulness of mind, and these make us precious to our friends." -- Thomas Jefferson
"Being fit can help you live longer even if you are over weight, smoke, have high cholesterol or have high blood pressure". --Steven Blair, PED
