Wheat Free Recipe

Only four ingredients for this Shortbread recipe: Rice flour, barely or oat flour, vegetable oil and rice syrup.


1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup barley or oats flour
1/4 cup unrefined vegetable oil
1/4 cup rice syrup

Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all ingredients well to make a smooth dough.

Roll out 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes.

Bake shortbread on an ungreased cookie sheet for 17 minutes in 375 degree oven.
