Skillet Krispie Cookies

Using a skillet you cook egg yolks, butter and unrefined sugar. Then add dates and pecans. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies and shredded coconut.

Recipe Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup unrefined sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 package (8 ounce) dates, chopped
2 cups Rice Krispies
Coconut, shredded

Recipe Directions

Cookie jar Cook the first three ingredients in skillet for 5 minutes.

Add dates and pecans.

Cook for 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat; add Rice Krispies and mix well.

Cool enough to handle, then shape Skillet Krispie Cookies into small balls and roll in coconut.
