Millet Carob Chip Cookies
Wheat Free Recipe
Millet and barley flour with oatmeal, chopped nuts, honey, soy milk and chocolate tasting carob chips.
1/2 cup millet flour
1/2 cup barley flour
1/4 cup instant oatmeal
2 teaspoons non alum baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons finely chopped nuts (optional)
4 tablespoons sunflower oil
4 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 cup carob chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Stir liquid ingredients together until honey dissolves.
Stir liquid and dry mixtures just until evenly mixed. Fold in carob chips.
Drop Millet Carob Chip Cookies by teaspoonfuls onto oiled cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350-degrees. Cool.
