Vegetarian Stir Fry
Vegetarian Stir Fry uses a bag of pre made mixed vegetables to makes this stir fry a snap to pull together.
1 16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 tablespoons water
1 14-oz. can kidney beans, drained
1 14-oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a large skillet, place vegetables in water. Cover and cook seven to ten minutes over medium heat.
Uncover; stir in beans, spaghetti sauce and garlic powder; cook until heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese.
