A bag of pre made mixed vegetables makes this Vegetarian Stir Fry a snap to pull together.
Recipe Ingredients
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (16 ounces)
2 tablespoons water
1 can of (14 ounces) kidney beans, drained
1 jar of (14 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe Directions
In a large skillet, place vegetables in water. Cover and cook seven to ten minutes over medium heat.
Uncover; stir in beans, spaghetti sauce and garlic powder; cook until heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Recipe makes 4 servings Vegetarian Stir Fry.
