Vegan Ranch Dressing
Vegan ranch dressing uses mayonnaise with soy milk, vinegar, green onions, onion powder, parsley, garlic, paprika, cayenne, salt and black pepper.
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 cup plain soy milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons minced parsley
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Shake well to blend.
Best if chilled several hours or overnight.
