Vegan Ranch Dressing

Vegan mayonnaise with soy milk, vinegar, green onions, onion powder, parsley, garlic, paprika, cayenne, salt and black pepper.

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 cup plain soy milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons minced parsley
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions

Ranch Dressing Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Shake well to blend.

Note: Best if chilled several hours or overnight.

Recipe makes 2 cups of Vegan Ranch Dressing.
