Sloppy Joe Vegetarian Recipe
Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped
4 each garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 large mushrooms, chopped
1 large carrot, grated
1/2 tablespoon parsley
1/2 pounds tofu, crumbled
2 teaspoons tamari
3 tablespoons tomato sauce

Directions:
Set oven control to broil. Saute onion and garlic in oil till transluscent. Add pepper, mushrooms, carrot and parsley. Stir fry briefly and add tofu, tamari and tomato sauce. Cook until well heated through. Stuff into pita bread and serve. Recipe makes 3 servings Sloppy Joe.
