Ranch Salad Dressing
Soy milk and silken tofu make up a creamy base while a packet of ranch dressing mix packs in the flavor.
1-1/4 cups soy milk
1 10.5 or 12-oz. package silken tofu
1 1-oz. package ranch dressing packet
Put the soymilk, silken tofu and dressing mix into a blender container. Whirl until well blended, scraping down sides if necessary.
Put Ranch Salad Dressing into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
Yield: 10 servings (2-1/2 cups)
