Soy milk and silken tofu make up a creamy base while a packet of ranch dressing mix packs in the flavor.
Recipe Ingredients
1-1/4 cups soy milk
1 package (10.5 or 12 ounce) silken tofu
1 package (1 ounce) ranch dressing packet
10 servings
Serving size: 1/4 cup
Recipe Directions
Put the soymilk, silken tofu and dressing mix into a blender container. Whirl until well blended, scraping down sides if necessary. Put Ranch Salad Dressing into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
