Tofu Chocolate Pudding Pie Filling
If your budget allows, use a really good vegan chocolate bar like Rapunzel Organic Bittersweet for this Tofu Chocolate Pudding Pie Filling, instead of some or all of the chips.
10 ounces semisweet chocolate chips (Vegan: barley-malt-sweetened nondairy chips)
2 10.5-oz. packages Mori Nu silken or silken firm tofu
3 tablespoons maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener; or less, to taste)
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler over low heat. Put tofu, sweetener, and melted chocolate into a blender. Process until very smooth. Pour into a serving bowl or bowls and refrigerate, covered, for at least a couple of hours. Cover well.

2 cups of strawberries
