Cranberry-Apple Muffins

Wet Ingredients:
Extras: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare 12-cup muffin tin. Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Add extras and toss to coat. Whisk, blend or process wet ingredients. Pour wet into dry. Stir just until combined -- don't overstir. Distribute into tin, filling each cup nearly to the top. Bake 20 minutes, cool 10 minutes, remove from tin. Recipe makes 12 muffins. |
