Soy Good Meatless Meatloaf

This recipe uses Morningstar Farms ground meatless meat for an authentic meat like flavor and texture. Wonderfully seasoned, too!
1 pound Loma Linda Vege-Burger
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs, seasoned
3/4 cup scrambled egg product, thawed
1/4 cup egg substitute
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 envelope onion soup mix
In a large mixing bowl combine grated onion, bread crumbs, scramblers, seasonings and soup mix. Blend well. Add ground meatless and blend well. Form into a loaf, place in a sprayed loaf pan. Bake Soy Good Meatless Meatloaf at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
