Yummy Soy Breakfast Pudding. Your choice of quick or old fashioned oatmeal with vanilla soy beverage, dried fruit of choice, applesauce, lemon yogurt, banana slices and chopped orange pieces.

Yummy Soy Breakfast Pudding


1-1/2 cups oatmeal (quick or old fashioned)
2-1/2 cups vanilla organic soy beverage
1/2 cup raisins or chopped dried fruit of choice
2/3 cup applesauce
3/4 cup fat free lemon yogurt
1 banana, sliced
1 small orange, peeled and chopped

Recipe Directions

In large saucepan combine oatmeal and soy milk, cook according to package directions.

Add raisins, chopped dry fruit, applesauce, yogurt, and chopped oranges.

Stir gently to thoroughly heat fruits, add banana. Serve.
