Notes:
Beans are low fat and a good source of protein, fiber and iron. You can also use canned pinto or black beans instead of kidney beans for this recipe.
1 package (7-1/4 oz.) macaroni and cheese dinner
1 cup canned kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 cup canned diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon chili powder
Recipe Directions
Prepare Dinner as directed on package.
Add remaining ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Roll up tortillas and secure with toothpicks. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
