Vegan Egg Substitute: Vegans do not use eggs - but luckily, there is chia, which makes a perfect egg replacement. For every egg, combine 1-tablespoon organic chia seed with 3-tablespoons water. Whisk together and allow to gel for 10 to 15 minutes before using.
