I was looking for something to help me eat healthier and found your Soy ebook and Oven frying and just love them! I'm having heart surgery and my doctor said I better learn to eat better if I want to see my grand kids grow up. These ebooks are helping me do that and it's not nearly as tough as I thought it would be. So thank you for the great books and at such great prices especially!

I am a 26 yrld male that has never cared about eating healthy in his life cuz i have alwasy been skinny 6' 7" 160 - well over the years i started gaining im now at 240 and developing a potbelly and have found myself not to be very active anymore due to no energy and lack of motivation. well i get online one day and your site is the first i came to about health and i want to say this to you ..... THANX!!!!!!! OH MY GOSH! I was really thinking no way could that back program work, but finally I decided to try it cuz I just couldn't stand my back pain when I had to stand for even a short time! I thought - sorry but did - "Oh right, this is going to be easy - NOT!!!" Well, IT IS and it REALLY HELPS! Thank you, thank you SO much! I carry my baby around the house now with no problem or pain and it's wonderful! You're the best Jeni!

Thanks for all the information! I hope i can be strong enough to do what I know will help me in the long run. Your a very special person to help others that need a helping hand. I need to lose weight, I have DJD----Deteration Joint disease --it is attacking my knees very badly and it doesn`t help me being over-weight. My Doctor wants me to lose weight. I will be changing my cheese`s like you suggested. I do exercise the best I can with bad knees. I am 39-years old and weigh three hundred pounds. I have been over-weight my whole life. Thanks Jeni

I just wanted to thank you for pointing other good tools and good foods out for me to explore. I am having fun this time losing weight! Guess if you really learn not to eat until your stomach is spit firing mad and stop eating when it shuts up you can win the war of the bludge! I know sometimes I would eat even when I wasn`t hungry. Now I am more aware and more alert about this problem. I won`t even finish all of my dinner at one sitting any-more,i will eat some of it and finish the rest later on when I feel hungry instead of over stuffing my belly at one sitting. It sure feels good jeni when i don`t feel like a stuff turkey when leaving the table and you helped me accomplish this! God-Bless you, Jeni,

I would just like to thank you for all that you have done for people like us. I feel it is a disease. I have never felt anorexic. I've been an over eater most of the time. That should be catagorized as an eating disorder, also, but it's not. I'm doing great now. It's not easy, like you know, but it sure helps when there are people like you who share about it and feels and knows how it really feels. Thank you again, and you've given me a "high" to keep on running and lifting my weights to stay strong and fit and healthy and beautiful would be an extra but that's cool too! Lots of hugs and love to you and it helps when you have the strength of your higher power also, doesn't it? Lots of Love,

I just wanted to thank you for getting back to me so promptly. Your advice has been extremely helpful and I have been doing my best to make sure all of the calories I take in are being converted into muscle by working out on a daily basis. I always thought that the more you work out the more weight you lose, but it isn't necessarily so when building up muscle mass- it's an excellent method and I am enjoying myself. You wouldn't believe I already had a workout bench in my home. Thanks again. God Bless You and all that you do.

Thank you sooooooooooooo much, Jeni! You gave me such good advice I feel like I can maybe really lose some weight and keep it off this time! I didn't know so much! The food list is helping me so much and your advice, is, too. I'm talking a ten minute walk every night now, too! It was hard at first, but it's getting easier every day and it feels good now! Hi Jeni. I just wanted to write you quick and tell you I lost seven pounds already! And all I did was take some of your advice on substituting foods for lower fat one's! Even my husband lost four pounds just from my cooking with less fat! He's happy, too because he wasn't so skinny anymore, either! You're a wonderful person, Jeni and so inspiring!
