Almond-Green Bean Salad
Recipe Rumble

Ingredients:
3/4 pound green beans in 1-1/2-inch pieces
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup sliced red onion
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Torn lettuce leaves
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Directions:
Steam beans five minutes until crisp; rinse under cold water. In a bowl, toss beans, tomatoes, onions, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Line plates with lettuce.

Top with bean mixture and almonds. Recipe makes four servings.
