Banana Mousse Dessert

This creamy dessert is low in saturated fat, cholesterol, and sodium.

2 tablespoons skim/fat-free milk
4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
One large banana, cut in quarters
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
Eight, 1/4-inch banana slices

Directions:
Place milk, sugar, vanilla, and banana in blender.

Process for 15 seconds at high speed until mixture is smooth.

Pour mixture into a small bowl; fold in yogurt. Chill.

Spoon into four dessert dishes; garnish each with two banana slices just before serving.

Recipe makes four, 1/2-cup servings.
