Can't Believe It's Not Fudge
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/3 cup full fat ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4-1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds (optional)
Directions:
Melt the butter in microwave and add cocoa.
Blend in the ricotta cheese, vanilla, Splenda, and protein powder.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a foil lined cookie sheet.
Top with slivered almonds if desired.
Place in freezer for one to two hours until set.
