Classic Pineapple Lime Mold

Ingredients:
20 ounces crushed pineapple - reserve syrup
6 ounces lime gelatin powder
1-2/3 cup boiling water
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1 cup Cool Whip Free - thawed
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup walnuts -- chopped

Directions:
Dissolve gelatin powder in boiling water. Stir in reserved pineapple syrup. Refrigerate until slightly thickened, 1-1/4 hours.

Fold in pineapple, cottage cheese, whipped topping, marshmallows, and walnuts. Mix well.

Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan or 3-quart mold.

Chill three hours or until firm.

Serving Suggestion: Slice or unmold to serve.

Recipe makes 12 servings.
