Salad:
3 cups shredded green or red cabbage
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup sliced green onions

Dressing:
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dill weed

Directions:
Combine all salad ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour dressing over salad. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss salad and garnish with fresh dill. Recipe makes four servings.
