Dijon Asparagus Recipe Rumble
Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen asparagus spears
1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook the asparagus according to package directions; drain thoroughly.
Combine the mustard and vinegar in a small bowl.
Add the oil, water, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Combine with asparagus in a large bowl; stirring well to coat the asparagus completely.
Chill several hours, tossing occasionally.
