Yogurt Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat lemon yogurt
1 cup fat free non-dairy whipped topping
2 cups fresh fruit of your choice
Skewers
Directions:
Mix yogurt and non-dairy whipped topping together in a bowl.
Place pieces of fruit on the skewers and dip into the yogurt mixture.
