Pork Tenderloin Parmigiana Healthy Recipe
Ingredients:
4 (4 ounce) boneless pork tenderloin chops
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 egg substitute
2 cups reduced fat, reduced sodium pasta sauce
4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Heat oven to 425-degrees.
Place egg substitute in a shallow container.
Combine breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning in a separate shallow container.
Dip meat into egg substitute and then dredge through breadcrumb mixture.
Place pork on a baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake ten minutes per side or until meat is no longer pink.
Heat pasta sauce and pour 1/2-cup over each pork tenderloin chop.
Sprinkle each with 1-teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
Recipe makes four servings.
Serving Size: One chop with 1/2-cup sauce.
