Lemon And Lime Rice Healthy Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups instant white rice
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1-1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1-1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Prepare rice as directed on package.
Add butter to rice; stir until melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm. Recipe makes four servings.
Great Substitute:
Substitute 1-tablespoon grated orange peel for 1-1/2-teaspoon each grated lemon and lime peels.
