Potatoes Au Gratin Healthy Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat-free milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon celery seed
2 cups thinly sliced peeled potatoes
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons margarine
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350-degrees. Prepare an 8-inch square pan with nonstick spray.
Bake at 350-degrees for about 30 minutes.
Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat for three minutes. Combine the flour, salt, and celery seeds in a small bowl. Add to the milk and stir well.
Place half the potatoes in the prepared pan. Sprinkle on half the cheese. Repeat the layers. Pour the hot milk mixture over all. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover the pan with foil; bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes longer, or until the potatoes are tender with pierced with a fork.
